Jasgera Tippisa, the Debutante Hot Shot

Description: A Fringer and Travelling Merchant from the Outer Rim, Jasgera Tippisa is the definition of a man living beyond his means. Although quite successful in his negotiations and sales, the man is terrible with credits and always finding himself spending more than he's taking in. Fortunately some of his wealth is tied up in assets, such as the small retinue of ships he owns. Whenever he runs out of credits he can be seen lobbying to Cartol to try and sell one of his ships on Ringside and bail himself out of debt. 

Despite his dandy lifestyle and lavish clothing, it is said that he is a skilled duelist and a talented star pilot in his own right.
